Forget Him
What can I do?
What can I say?
My head says, "Forget him."
But my heart just won't let go.
I know I should
Trust in my instincts
They don't tell lies
But they say, "Follow your heart."
It isn't fair
Or is it?
All's fair in love and war
At least, that's what I'm told.
But what about me?
Everything they say is good
But it doesn't help me.
It doesn't feel like it.
